Job summary

EchoStar is hiring a Technician to visit customers' homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, and educate users on their tech. You will work independently yet stay connected with the team, ensuring a world-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Willingness to travel and flexible to evening/weekend/holiday shifts.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet weight requirements.
• Customer focus to build trust and create a great experience.
• Problem-solving to tackle on-site challenges.
• Adaptability to handle changes and unexpected tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and communicate professionally while working independently but connected with the team.
