Job summary

EchoStar is recruiting technicians to visit customers’ homes, install DISH equipment and smart home products, and teach customers how to use their tech. You will work independently with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Training is provided, with opportunities for career growth and automatic promotions after 6 months. The role includes paid training, benefits, and a company vehicle. Evening/weekend shifts and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License: Clean record required
• Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays
• Physical Ability: Climb ladders (up to 40 ft); Lift up to 70 lbs; Must meet and maintain 335 lb weight limit
• Customer Focus: Build trust and create a great experience
• Problem-Solving: Tackle a variety of challenges on the spot
• Determination: Work in tight spaces and all kinds of weather
• Adaptability: Handle changes and unexpected tasks with ease

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes
