Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a field technician to visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, and educate customers on using the technology. You will work independently with support from the team and strive to deliver an exceptional customer experience across multiple brands.

This role includes paid training, benefits, and opportunities for advancement within the company. Travel flexibility and a valid driver’s license are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Flexible to travel and work evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet weight requirements.
• Customer-focused with ability to build trust and provide great service.
• Strong problem-solving skills for on-the-spot challenges.
• Demonstrated determination to work in tight spaces and varying weather.
• Adaptability to handle changes and unexpected tasks.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes, solve problems, and introduce smart home tech.
