Job summary

EchoStar in the United States is seeking an in-home technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products. You will visit customers’ homes, solve problems, and introduce them to new technology while delivering a world-class customer experience.

The role offers paid training, benefits, a company van and tools, and opportunities for growth. You’ll work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with pay up to $23 per hour and potential promotions based on performance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Willingness to travel; flexible to evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability: climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet weight requirements.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and stay professional while working independently and with the team.
