Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a field technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes. You’ll teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services, while maintaining a clean work area and a professional attitude in a mostly independent role.

Expect flexible shifts including evenings, weekends or holidays. Training is provided, and benefits include health coverage and a company van with tools and uniforms for field work.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean record.
• Willingness to travel; flexible to work evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft), lift up to 70 lbs, and meet 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer focus to build trust and deliver a great experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills to tackle on-the-spot challenges.
• Determination to work in tight spaces and all kinds of weather.
• Adaptability to handle changes and unexpected tasks.
