Job summary

EchoStar is hiring technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes. You will learn our smart home solutions and educate customers on usage while expanding services. Training covers best practices and safety, enabling you to deliver a world-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license; clean record required.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet weight limit of 335 lb.
• Customer focus to build trust and deliver a great experience.
• Strong problem-solving, determination, and adaptability in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes, solve problems, and introduce smart home tech.
• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and stay connected with the team.
