Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Willingness to travel; flexible to evening/weekend/holiday shifts.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft and lift up to 70 lbs; meet weight limit.
• Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving in field service.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes, diagnose and resolve issues with DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Demonstrate and educate customers on technology and services; upsell when appropriate.
• Maintain a professional, safe work area and coordinate with team as needed.
