Job summary

EchoStar is seeking Field Technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes. You’ll visit homes, troubleshoot problems, and educate customers on using their tech while expanding services and delivering a world-class experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License
• Schedule Flexibility: willingness to travel and work evenings, weekends or holidays
• Physical ability: climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, meet 335 lb weight limit
• Customer focus: build trust and provide a great experience
• Problem-solving: handle on-the-spot challenges
• Determination: work in tight spaces and varied weather
• Adaptability: adjust to changes and unexpected tasks
