Job summary

EchoStar is hiring technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes. You will educate customers on using their tech and offer additional services when helpful.

You’ll work independently with a focus on safety, cleanliness, and professionalism while staying connected with the team. The role includes driving a company vehicle to sites and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license due to driving a company vehicle to customer sites.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft) and lift up to 70 lbs; weight limit requirement.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Educate customers on using the technology and upsell additional services where appropriate.
• Maintain a clean work area and stay professional while working independently and with the team.
