EchoStar is seeking a field technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers' homes. You will educate customers on using their devices and potential upsell opportunities while maintaining a professional, safe work environment.

The role includes training, travel flexibility, and opportunities for advancement within the company. Benefits, a company van, tools, and uniforms are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required for driving company vehicle to homes and offices.
• Willingness to travel and work shifts including evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Ability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft) and lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers to use their tech and upsell additional services when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, professional work area and work independently while staying connected with the team.
