Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a Home Technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes. You’ll visit customers, solve problems, and introduce smart home tech, delivering a world-class customer experience with professionalism and independence while staying connected with the team.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required for driving company vehicle to customer sites.
• Schedule flexibility to travel; shifts may include evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer focus to build trust and deliver great experiences.
• Strong problem-solving to tackle on-the-spot challenges.
• Demonstrated determination in tight spaces and varying weather.
• Adaptability to handle changes and unexpected tasks.

Responsibilities
