Job summary

EchoStar is hiring technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes. You will train customers on usage and offer additional services to enhance their setup.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required due to company vehicle use.
• Willingness to travel and work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and upsell when appropriate.
• Maintain professional conduct and clean work area while working independently and with the team.
