EchoStar is seeking a skilled Home Tech Installer to visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, and show customers how to use the technology.

You will travel as needed, work flexible shifts including evenings or weekends, and receive paid training plus comprehensive benefits. This role combines hands-on installation with customer education and opportunities for advancement within a company renowned for customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License; Clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, meet weight limits.
• Customer-focused, able to build trust and provide great experiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills to tackle on-the-spot challenges.
• Adaptable to handle changes and weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.
