Job summary

EchoStar is seeking skilled technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers' homes. You will teach customers how to use the tech, maintain a professional presence, and work independently while staying aligned with the team.

Qualifications

• Customer focus and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve home tech issues.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift heavy equipment as part of field service.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Educate customers on using the technology and upsell additional services when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, professional work area and stay connected with the team during field visits.
