Job summary

EchoStar in the United States is hiring technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes. You will learn to deliver a world-class customer experience and educate customers on their new tech, while traveling to homes and staying connected with the team.

We offer paid training, benefits, and opportunities for advancement. A valid driver's license, flexibility with hours, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for customer-site visits.
• Willingness to travel; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Ability to climb ladders, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet weight limit requirements (335 lb).

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and stay professional while working independently and with the team.
