Job summary

EchoStar is hiring technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes. You will educate customers on usage and potential add-ons while maintaining a professional, clean work area and collaborating with the team.

Travel flexibility is required; valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 70 lbs are essential. The role includes paid training, benefits, and opportunities for growth within a dynamic, customer-focused company.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required; drive company vehicle to customer sites.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Must meet 335 lb weight limit and be able to climb ladders and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and upsell services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean, professional work area and collaborate with the team.
