Job summary

EchoStar is hiring field technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes across the region. You will educate customers on smart home technology and promote additional services while maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach.

This role offers paid training, comprehensive benefits, a company van, tools, uniforms, and growth opportunities. Drive time to multiple sites is expected, with potential shifts including evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel; flexible to work evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Climb ladders (up to 40 ft) and lift up to 70 lbs; meet 335 lb weight limit.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home tech.
• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
