Job summary

EchoStar is hiring technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers' homes. You will educate customers on usage and benefits while maintaining a neat, professional work environment and collaborating with the team.

The role requires a valid driver's license, flexibility in schedule, and the ability to lift heavy objects and climb ladders. Training is provided, with focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicle.
• Willingness to travel; flexible to evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft and lift up to 70 lbs; must meet 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and upsell additional services.
• Maintain a clean workspace and stay professional while working independently and with the team.
