Job summary

EchoStar in the United States is looking for a Home Technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers' homes. You will be trained to deliver a world-class customer experience, traveling as needed and working independently while staying connected with the team.

You will need a valid driver’s license, physical ability, and a flexible schedule. Compensation is $21.25 per hour with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with clean record.
• Flexible schedule; travel required; evenings, weekends or holidays possible.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, meet 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer-focused; strong problem-solving and adaptability.
• Willingness to work independently while staying connected with the team.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach users how to operate their tech and upsell services when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean work area and project a professional attitude on the road.
