Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a skilled technician to visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, and educate customers on using the technology. You will travel to various locations, build trust with clients, and contribute to a world-class customer experience.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, flexibility to travel, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. EchoStar offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required to drive company vehicle to customer sites.
• Willingness to travel as needed; shifts may include evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, meet 335 lb weight limit.
• Strong customer focus to build trust and deliver great experiences.
• Solid problem-solving skills to tackle on-the-spot challenges.
• Demonstrated determination to work in tight spaces and varied weather.
• Ability to adapt to changes and unexpected tasks with ease.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and suggest additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.
