Job summary

EchoStar is hiring a field technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes. You will teach customers how to use the technology and may suggest additional services.

Requires a valid driver’s license, ability to travel, and physical capability to perform installations and service tasks in various environments. Company benefits and training are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required to travel to customer sites.
• Willingness to travel; flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and upsell when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and stay professional while working independently.
