Job summary

EchoStar is hiring mobile technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes. You will educate customers on device use and offer additional services when helpful, while maintaining professionalism and a clean work area.

The role requires a valid driver's license, flexibility to travel and work evenings/weekends/holidays, and physical ability to lift heavy items and climb ladders. A company van is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Schedule flexibility: willingness to travel; shifts may include evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Physical ability: climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet a 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer focus, problem-solving, determination and adaptability essential.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and upsell services when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean work area and stay professional while working independently and with the team.
