Job summary

Vivint is seeking Field Service Technicians to install and service smart home devices, while identifying opportunities to upgrade solutions for customers. You will be the face of Vivint, delivering installation and on-site service with a focus on customer satisfaction.

The role combines technical work with sales, requiring a proactive mindset and strong communication to help customers achieve peace of mind and enhanced home security.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience in retail or service-based sales is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Engage customers with consultative sales to upgrade equipment or services on-site.
• Educate customers on using their new system to protect their home and family.
