Vivint Smart Home is hiring Field Service Technicians to install and service smart home technology at customers’ homes across the United States. In this role you’ll combine technical expertise with consultative selling, delivering upgrades and service enhancements on-site while helping customers feel safe and connected.

You’ll receive comprehensive training, a take-home company vehicle, and a four-day work week with 4/10 schedules.

Qualifications

• Technical aptitude in related installation fields helps but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices at customer homes.
• Evaluate homes to recommend equipment upgrades and service enhancements on-site.
• Educate customers on how to use their new system to protect their home.
• Advance within the national organization through coaching and leadership training.
