Vivint is seeking a Field Service Technician/Professional to install and service cutting-edge smart home technology and proactively identify upgrade opportunities on-site. You will be the face of Vivint, delivering safe, connected home solutions and educating customers to maximize value.

Qualifications

• Must have a sales mindset and customer-first attitude.
• Technical aptitude for home automation and installation is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and satisfy driving record requirements.
• Ability to pass post-offer background screening and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Evaluate homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
• Educate customers on system use to protect their home and family.
• Pursue growth through coaching and leadership opportunities within Vivint.
