Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail, B2C, insurance or service-based sales is a strong advantage.
• Customer-first attitude with ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Technical aptitude in installation or related fields is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices and systems on-site.
• Conduct consultative sales by evaluating homes and recommending upgrades.
• Educate customers on using their new systems for protection and convenience.
• Pursue growth through coaching and leadership development within the national organization.
