Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail, B2C or service-based sales is a plus.
• Strong customer-first attitude and integrity in interactions.
• Technical aptitude in home tech installations is helpful but not required.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices on-site.
• Evaluate homes and recommend upgrades or service enhancements.
• Train homeowners on using the new system for safety and confidence.
• Grow professionally through coaching and leadership development.
