Vivint is hiring Field Service Technicians to install and service smart home technology and to identify upgrade opportunities on-site. You will be the face of the company, delivering reliable protection and automation solutions to customers while earning a competitive hourly base pay with uncapped commission and performance incentives.

The role includes a take-home company vehicle, gas card, comprehensive training, and a 4/10 schedule with Saturdays.

Qualifications

• A sales mindset with experience in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to connect with diverse customers and build trust.
• Technical aptitude for home security and automation installations.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Evaluate homes and upsell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
• Educate customers on system use to maximize protection and value.
• Receive coaching and grow within the national organization.
