Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or state-recognized GED
• Students enrolled in or recently completed a 2-year Technical College/School pursuing HVAC Controls/Building Automation or related program
• Availability: 40 hours per week for 10 weeks (May–July or June–August)
• Work Authorization: legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Onsite work at Baltimore, MD area location with no relocation/housing stipend
• Hands-on role using tools and tech to review programming and building systems
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows-based laptops; quick to learn new platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication for documenting service activities with customers

Responsibilities

• Spend most of your time on job sites with Siemens technicians learning installation, programming, and service of HVAC automation systems
• Rotate through service and project delivery teams to understand installation to long-term maintenance and upgrades
• Assist in diagnosing issues and performing maintenance or new installations
• Document service activities and communicate system operations to customers and team members
• Collaborate with engineering and project management to resolve discrepancies in system drawings
