Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing or completed 2-year HVAC/Building Automation program.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week for 10-week program (May-July or June-August).
• On-site work in Canton, MA area with no relocation housing stipend.

Responsibilities

• Spend 80% on-field technician experience installing, programming, and servicing HVAC/building automation systems.
• 10% exposure to sales to understand how solutions are designed for customers.
• 10% project and service operations across delivery teams and maintenance.
• Assist with diagnosing issues, performing maintenance, and supporting new installations.
