Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Building Services or related
• Experience in Building Automation, HVAC controls or BMS/BAS
• Experience preparing estimates and technical proposals
• Knowledge of major building automation platforms
• Good understanding of HVAC systems and DDC controls

Responsibilities

• Develop and qualify opportunities for building automation upgrades
• Create technical and commercial proposals aligned with client objectives
• Guide projects from qualification to award
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure delivery success
• Maintain CRM records and forecast accurate sales pipelines
