Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is seeking a Small Format Sales Representative in the United States (Georgia) to generate sales and provide exceptional customer service across a portfolio of convenience and small-format retailers. You will rotate stock, set up displays, and collaborate with Pepsi partners to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or selling consumer beverages preferred.
• Ability to manage relationships with multiple retail accounts.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary store-level salesperson and key contact for small format accounts.
• Generate sales by identifying opportunities, conducting business reviews, and delivering great service.
• Rotate and stock products on shelves, in coolers, vending equipment, and backrooms.
• Service up to 100 accounts weekly and prioritize daily tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Pepsi partners to meet customer needs.
• Learn new products and selling skills to grow accounts and drive efficiencies.
• Build displays and promotional materials; perform merchandising duties including lifting (20–45 lbs).
• Adhere to safety standards and work through various weather conditions.
