Job summary

Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is seeking a Small Format Sales Representative to drive store-level sales, serve as the primary contact for convenience and small grocery accounts, and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will rotate stock, manage up to 100 accounts weekly, collaborate with Pepsi partners, learn new products, build displays, and uphold safety standards while working in varied weather.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Must have a car to access multi-store locations within assigned shift.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary store-level salesperson and key contact for small format accounts.
• Generate sales by identifying opportunities and providing excellent customer service.
• Rotate and stock products on shelves, coolers, and displays; service up to 100 accounts weekly.
• Prioritize daily tasks and meet key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Pepsi partners to meet customer needs.
