Job summary

PepsiCo's PBNA segment seeks a Sales Rep for Convenience/Gas/Small Format. You’ll be the primary store-level contact, driving sales across convenience and gas channels with top-tier customer service and product merchandising expertise.

Responsibilities include stocking displays, reviewing opportunities, and coordinating with Pepsi partners to meet customer needs while adhering to safety and company policies. This role involves field work and driving a personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Must have a car to access multi-store locations within assigned shift.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary store-level salesperson and key contact for small format accounts.
• Generate sales by identifying opportunities and providing exceptional customer service.
• Rotate and stock products on shelves, in coolers, and displays.
• Prioritize and execute daily tasks while servicing up to 100 accounts weekly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Pepsi partners to meet customer needs.
