Job summary

Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is seeking a Small Format Sales Representative to serve convenience, gas, and small grocery stores. You will drive sales, deliver exceptional service, stock displays, and manage up to 100 accounts weekly in a dynamic field role.

The position emphasizes safety, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing product training to grow accounts. Candidates must have a vehicle and a valid US driver’s license to access multiple locations daily.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Must have a car to access multi-store locations within assigned shift.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary store-level salesperson and key contact for small format accounts.
• Generate sales by identifying opportunities and providing exceptional customer service.
• Rotate and stock products on shelves, displays, coolers, and backrooms.
• Prioritize and execute daily tasks while servicing up to 100 accounts weekly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Pepsi partners to meet customer needs.
• Learn new technologies, products, and selling skills to grow accounts.
