Job summary

PepsiCo, through its PBNA unit, seeks a Sales Rep for Convenience / Gas / Small Format in Lithonia, GA. You will be the primary store-level salesperson for small format accounts, generating sales and delivering top-tier customer service across multiple stores and routes.

You will rotate stock, build displays, and collaborate with Pepsi partners to meet customer needs while maintaining safety and brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Must have car to access multi-store locations within assigned shift
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Be the primary store-level salesperson and key contact for small format accounts.
• Generate sales and deliver exceptional customer service to customers.
• Rotate and stock products on shelves, coolers, displays, and backrooms.
• Service up to 100 accounts throughout the week.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Pepsi partners to meet customer needs.
