Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of underwriting and/or marketing experience is required.
• Designation of AU, CIC, CPCU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Underwrites and markets new small business accounts within assigned territory.
• Assist Agency Management Specialists with opportunities and guidance to agents.
• Support and mentor team members and adapt to workflow changes and technology.
• Communicate underwriting decisions to agents and maintain relationships.
• Travel within territory to agent offices (approx. 10–20%).
• Monitor premium growth and conduct profit and growth analysis by territory and agency.
• Develop and maintain relationships with manager, peers and agents.
