Job summary

Midco is seeking an experienced Small Business Account Executive to partner with business owners, understand technology needs, and drive revenue growth. You will develop relationships with new and existing customers, manage a sales portfolio, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities include using a CRM to track opportunities, working with cross-functional teams, and meeting revenue targets while maintaining accurate records of activities and orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven track record of success providing excellent customer service.
• 1+ years of inside sales or account management preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounts and develop new business opportunities through inbound-outbound calls, emails, and chats.
• Retain customers by understanding concerns and developing solutions to maintain their business.
• Leverage multiple systems and tools to complete the sales process.
• Research client’s technology needs to support business objectives and goals.
• Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver qualified solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Accurately complete sales orders for installations next steps.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
• Model Midco’s values and leadership drivers.
