Job summary

Bluevine is seeking a Customer Support team member to help small business owners succeed by resolving questions about our products via calls, emails, and chats. You will become an expert on up to two products, using our technology to assist customers and providing feedback to improve the experience.

This is an on-site role with a collaborative culture and flexible scheduling. New Hire Hourly Pay is $23/hour (non-exempt), with comprehensive benefits and a focus on delivering exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support or service roles.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer questions and requests via calls, emails, and chats.
• Ensure requests are resolved efficiently while addressing short- and long-term needs.
• Become an expert on up to two Bluevine products to add value for customers.
• Leverage Bluevine technology and systems to process customer requests.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics for customer experience, effectiveness, and efficiency.
• Identify and escalate risks or trends affecting customer experience.
• Provide product feedback and improvement ideas from customer voice.
• Be adaptable to schedule changes and contribute to a fun culture.
