Job summary

USABlueBook, a division of HD SUPPLY, seeks a Customer Service Associate to support product selection and inquiries. You will respond to orders, quotes, and communications across multiple channels and maintain knowledge of thousands of products and catalogs.

This on-site role in the Atlanta area offers a 8:30am–5pm schedule, weekend-free calendar, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to contribute to service excellence and sales growth.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to pass a background and drug test.
• High-volume call-center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer orders and quotations via phone, email, written, and faxed correspondence within department goals.
• Follow-ups to ensure customer service expectations are met and support sales initiatives.
• Researches and suggests alternative products to customers and represents products to increase sales.
• Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
• Resolves customer issues including credit concessions and refers complex problems to supervisor.
