ADT in the United States is seeking a results-driven Sales Advisor to visit small business customers, demonstrate our security and smart business solutions, and tailor recommendations to each location.

You will build trust, manage the sales cycle from introduction to close, and grow the business through new leads, with uncapped commissions and a structured training period. Training includes earning potential over $150,000 for experienced advisors.

Qualifications

• We’re looking for self-motivated, tech-savvy individuals who are passionate about helping others and driven to succeed.
• Ability to travel within designated territory using own vehicle with mileage reimbursement.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; additional licensing may be needed by location.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to guide customers to the right solution.

Responsibilities

• You will listen, build trust, and become a reliable advisor to small business owners throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Customize each system to fit the business layout, operations, and security needs with security, automation, and life-safety tech.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and strengthen long-term relationships and referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating small business leads within your territory.
