Job summary

ADT is hiring a Sales Advisor in the United States to demonstrate the value of security and smart business solutions to small business customers. You’ll visit client sites, tailor systems, and guide decisions to fit their operations, while building trust and long-term relationships.

We offer uncapped commissions with earnings potential from about $85,000 to over $150,000, plus training incentives and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; additional licensing may be needed by location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized and accountable in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset; you thrive on uncovering new leads and closing deals.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder to guide customers to the right solution.
