TestEquity LLC is seeking a Sales Specialist to deliver outstanding service and support across the sales lifecycle, ensuring responsiveness and accuracy. You will collaborate with Small Business customers, the sales team, and internal groups to enhance the end-to-end experience.

Responsibilities include handling quotes, product details, order assistance, and maintaining ERP/CRM data integrity. Strong communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Competenze

• 2-3+ years in customer service or sales support (industrial distribution or manufacturing preferred).
• High School Diploma or GED; associate's degree preferred.
• Experience with quotes, customer support, or account management.
• Technical product background or distribution/supply chain experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Mansioni

• Serve as primary sales support contact for Small Business accounts.
• Provide quotes, product information, and order assistance via phone, email, or webchat.
• Monitor quotes, orders, lead times, and backorders for assigned territory.
• Update contacts and pricing in ERP/CRM to maintain account accuracy.
• Escalate and resolve recurring issues to minimize disruption.
• Deliver fast, friendly service to strengthen customer relationships.
• Support product quality and assist management with additional duties.
