TestEquity LLC is seeking a Location Support Specialist to stock and manage vendor managed inventory on site at various locations, ensuring accuracy in our inventory software and maintaining safe, organized work areas.

You will interact directly with customers, support the sales team, and help meet individual and team metrics while traveling to customer sites within the designated area.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• Inventory management experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites in the designated area.
• Must pass a background clearance and drug screening.
• Proficient with computer software including Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
• Stockroom experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Receives and stocks weekly and emergency replenishment shipments.
• Inspects weekly replenishment shipments to ensure correct quantities and products arrived on site.
• Completes inventory cycle counts weekly or quarterly to ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Maintains vendor managed inventory areas clean, safe, organized, and labeled per standards.
• Resolves on-site customer issues promptly to retain loyalty.
• Collaborates with team to meet organizational goals and resolve on-site issues.
• Interacts with customers to discuss on-site needs and relays those needs to the sales team.
• Regularly communicates with sales team and customer as needed.
• Takes ownership of meeting individual and team metrics and standards.
• Completes admin tasks on non-scheduled stock days (up to 2 hours per week).
