Qualifikationen

• 2–3+ years of experience in customer service or sales support.
• High School Diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience providing quotes, customer support, or account management.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary sales support contact for Small Business accounts.
• Provide quotes, product information, and order assistance via phone, email, or webchat.
• Monitor open quotes, open orders, lead times, and backorders for assigned territory.
• Maintain account accuracy by updating contacts, preferences, ship-to locations and pricing in ERP/CRM systems.
• Provide escalated support for recurring issues affecting customer segments.
• Track and resolve customer issues to minimize disruption to account activity.
• Deliver fast, friendly service to strengthen customer relationships.
• Directly and indirectly responsible for product quality.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
