Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated Customer Account Specialist to manage orders, quotes, and inquiries with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction. You will serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, coordinating pricing, shipping, and billing details to ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year in customer service or sales support, familiarity with ERP/JDE systems, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service, sales support, or account management experience.
• Experience processing customer orders, quotations, pricing, returns/credits, and follow-up.
• Experience with enterprise systems or databases; ERP/JDE preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong arithmetic skills.

Responsibilities

• Processes requests for customer orders, quotations, follow-up on quotations, and returns/credits per policies.
• Serves as primary contact for inquiries, delivering timely, professional responses by phone, email, or other channels.
• Coordinates with sales, fabrication, credit, inventory, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate order execution.
• Investigates order entry, pricing, shipping, and billing discrepancies; drives corrective actions to resolution.
• Uses enterprise systems and product literature to provide pricing, availability, and application information.
