ADP is seeking a Sales Representative for Small Business Services in a dynamic, data-driven environment. You will identify and sign new clients (1–49 employees) for payroll, tax, HR, benefits, and more, while prospecting and closing deals in your territory.

Qualifications

• A college degree is great but not required.
• 1–2 years of prior work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, or related fields, OR Military experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business within your assigned geography, closing sales and meeting targets.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients by targeting decision-makers and owners.
• Deepen relationships within existing accounts and expand ADP solutions.
• Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams.
