ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Small Business Services. You will operate in a defined territory with 1-49 employees, signing new clients for payroll, tax, HR, benefits and more, while growing existing accounts.

Expect market-leading training and a supportive, collaborative culture inside a Fortune 250 company. You will build a pipeline, set appointments, and close business in the field, with uncapped commissions and incentives.

Qualifications

• College degree is not required; relevant skills matter more than formal education.
• 1–2 years of prior work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or similar.
• Military experience is recognized and appreciated.
• Quotas and social selling skills are a plus.
