Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as a primary partner for assigned branches, delivering tailored financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.

The role supports multiple branches and emphasizes proactive outreach, consultative selling, and disciplined follow-through to maximize client value. The position requires outside prospecting, meeting growth targets, and maintaining CRM discipline while collaborating with branch

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
Five or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
NMLS registration under the SAFE Act and Regulation Z; compliance with all legal/regulatory requirements including criminal and credit record

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.
Grow revenue through outside prospecting and sales activities to meet targets.
Build and deepen client relationships via proactive outreach, discovery, consultative selling, and disciplined follow-through.
