Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, plus compliant with registration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5M.
• Develop client relationships through proactive outreach, discovery, and consultative selling.
• Maintain CRM discipline and coordinate with branch teams to grow relationships.
